The Susanville Neighborhood Watch North Central is inviting everyone to their next meeting, scheduled for this Thursday, October 12th, at 6:00p.m., in the Lassen Senior Center at 1700 Sunkist Drive.
According to organizer Pat Holley the benefits of Neighborhood Watch Programs are that they help us identify potential crimes and suspects to the Police, and protect our property from trespassing and theft.
“Having all of our neighbors involved,” says Holley, “allows us to compare notes and determine sources of crime, and report to the Police.”
The North Central Neighborhood Watch covers from Main Street to Chestnut and Grand Avenue to Ash Street.
Everyone is welcome to this meeting, even if you live outside of the group’s watch area, to learn about Neighborhood Watch.
“Let’s work together to reduce crime and make our community safer and better!”
