
According to details released by the department an observant officer spotted an air compressor near Paiute Creek. The officer contacted Napa Auto Parts employees and learned that somebody had committed a burglary the night prior.
Police say that after a review of the security camera video footage they were able to identify the two suspects in the crime as Dakota Rubel and David Martinez-Moreno.
Based on an investigation both Rubel and Martinez-Moreno were arrested on Saturday, July 11th, for burglary and conspiracy.
Both men are currently incarcerated at the Lassen County Jail and are being held on $30,000 bail.
