Colleen Baker brings 15 years in the field of teaching and is a dynamic instructor at Lassen Community College. This workshop will discuss real-world examples of common cultural mistakes and how even minor errors can have lasting effects on interpersonal relationships. Topics include:
- Body languages as well as real language used to convey messages
- Motivations for behavior patterns
- Recognizing cultural differences within the United States
