The Chamber board will meet on Thursday, August 13th for the monthly board meeting, beginning at noon, at Diamond Mountain Casino in the Hotel Conference Room. The board encourages member attendance and comment; if you would like to address the board please contact the office staff prior to the board meeting so that you can be added to the agenda.
The board will welcome Jeanne Muttera and Sarah Garate who were elected at the last month’s board meeting as the newest members of the board of directors. Jeanne Muttera is a registered dental hygienist at Susanville Dental Care. Sarah Garate works at Northeastern Rural Health Clinic as a Covered California Counselor, outreach, and navigation specialist. We are pleased to have them on board as the newest members of the board of directors.
Mark your calendar to attend the next Chamber Mixer that will be co-hosted by C& S Waste Solutions, Farmers Insurance/Michelle Hunter, & Town & Country Real Estate on Thursday, August 20, 2015, from 5:30 to 7:30pm. The mixer will be held at the C&S Waste Solutions, located at 471-825 Diane Drive, Susanville. Stop by to enjoy a BBQ dinner of chorizo and tri-tip, a variety of salads and baked beans, live music, and a chance to win a vacation! They invite everyone to stop by to enjoy an evening mingling with friends and business associates. You do not need to be a Chamber member to attend everyone is welcomed.
