If you are looking for a fun elective next year, Intro to Dance is the answer! Not only will you learn hip hop, contemporary, jazz, and ballet, you will also gain choreography experience and earn PE and Fine Arts credit. See Mrs. Bennett if you have questions.
There will be a Blood Drive for Lassen High Students Tuesday, March 26th. Sign up in the Library and earn a $10 Amazon gift card when you donate! Must be 16 years or older. Donating 1 pint of blood saves up to 4 lives. Make sure to bring a form of photo ID. If you need an ID printout please see Sara in Attendance before March 26th.
Do you love to be involved, volunteer your time, and help make decisions for Lassen High? Class Officer Positions are open for next year for the classes of 2020, 2021, and 2022 and include: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Historian.
ASB Officer positions are also open and include: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Attorney General, Director of Building and Grounds, Director of Assemblies, and Mascots. Applications can be picked up at the ASB counter and are due back by April 1st.
The Lassen LGBTQ+ Club’s next meeting will be this Wednesday, March 20th, on the late start. All LGBTQ+ students, all questioning or curious about their own identity, and all allies, those who support gay rights, are welcome to join. The club meets in the art room, 716 at lunch, every late start Wednesday.
The Cooking Club will be making California Rolls during lunch on Thursday, March 21st. Swing by Room 116 for a demonstration and free sample!
Ultimate Grad Company packet and ring purchases will be held in the Library Friday, April 12th.
The Panoramic Picture for Seniors will be taken March 26th at 8:30a.m. on the football field, Turn in money and order forms to the Counseling Office.
Are you interested in a career in physical therapy? HOSA club is sponsoring its weekly Tuesday visitation to Banner Lassen’s Physical Therapy Center after school for 1/2 hour. Please arrive at 2940 Riverside Drive by 3:30p.m. Questions? Please come by room 762 to speak with Mr. Reichle.
