Highway 395 South near the Pumpkin Patch in Milford is partially blocked at this time after a traffic collision. The Highway Patrol reports that the accident involved a diesel big rig and a car.
The southbound lane is closed as emergency crews extricate one patient from the wreck.
The California Highway Patrol is on-scene with Emergency Medical Personnel.
Two air ambulances are also en route to the scene of the crash.
