In partnership with Cal-FIRE’s Lassen Modoc Unit, Susanville City Fire Chief James Moore has officially suspended all burn permits and open burning within the city.
The suspension takes effect immediately and bans all residential outdoor burning of landscape debris, branches, leaves and any other type of open burning.
