We are deeply saddened by the passing of Curtis “Jocko" Chirrick on May 9, 2025, at the age of 78. Curtis is survived by his wife Shirley, 3 children, 6 grandchildren and 2 greatgrandchildren. She entered into heaven May 5, 2025, following a long illness.Susan was born April 1, 1942, in Seattle, Washington, to Edgar D. Allen and Eleanor E. Honnold. She attended Hiram Johnson High in Sacramento, California and lived a good many years in Susanville, California, where all her children were born and was a fixture at the local Rasco Tempo variety store. He was born in Vallejo, California on October 28, 1943 to Carl Leo (Leo) Stetson, Jr. and Marguerite Coupe Stetson. Tom grew up in Davis, California and graduated from Davis High School in 1961. After graduation, he worked at Sterling-May Equipment Company in Woodland, where he met his wife, Judith Owen, after repairing her motorcycle.
