Alliance for Workforce Development, Inc
The Alliance for Workforce Development has announced they have moved into their new home at 1626 B Main Street in Susanville.
To celebrate, they will be holding an official grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony on September 19th, from 10:00 to 1:00p.m.
According to Deputy Director, Jeffery Harrington, mba, “AFWD, a regional nonprofit, is committed to enhancing the quality of life in six northern California communities: Lassen, Plumas, Sierra, Modoc, Nevada and Butte. We provide workforce development and human resource services, supporting businesses, organizations, and job seekers on their pathway to success.”
The ribbon cutting ceremony will start at 10:30a.m., followed by tours of their newly opened facility and some delicious refreshments.

Susanville Ford has announced that they will now be open on Sundays to serve you.
From 11:00 to 5:00p.m., on Sundays the Susanville Ford Sales Team will be there, ready to answer any questions, take you on any test drives, and so much more.

T&A Cocktail Lounge & Restaurant
The T&A Cocktail Lounge, at 2101 Main Street, is again serving exceptional Italian cuisine cooked up by Chef Brian Rose.
The restaurant, which specializes in Italian and American cuisine will be open for lunch, dinner or dessert Wednesday through Saturday. Lunch is from 11:00 until 3:00p.m., and dinner hours are 5:00 to 10:00.
T&A Restaurant offers takeout, dine-in, outdoor seating and they accept reservations.
