Sierra Desert Properties
Sierra Desert Properties will be hosting this month’s Lassen County Chamber of Commerce Mixer this evening, October 19th, from 5:30 to 7:30p.m., at Sierra Desert Properties, 613 Main Street, Susanville. You don’t have to be a chamber member to attend, everyone is welcome.
Mountain Yoga & Fitness Studio
You might have noticed a few changes happening at your favorite Yoga studio. Mountain Yoga Studio is now Mountain Yoga & Fitness Studio. As the owners of Mountain Yoga & Fitness Studio, Prairie Burt and Laura Rotlisberger say they are happy to continue to provide a warm and welcoming environment for clients.
They have expanded their class schedule to include a variety of yoga, cycling, and strength classes. Along with their current lineup of morning cycle, cycle combo classes, and yoga classes, they have added an Integrative Chair Yoga class on Thursday mornings at 9:15., their evening schedule includes yoga classes and a variety of strength and cardio classes.
Returning to the lineup is their Wednesday evening cycle class at 5:30.
There is something for everyone at Mountain Yoga & Fitness Studio, whether you are beginning your fitness journey or looking for a challenge. They look forward to continuing to serve the community in a space that makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door.
