Featured Weekly Recipe: Summer Herb Pesto

Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup fresh basil leaves
1 cup fresh, flat-leaf parsley leaves
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1/2 cup chopped, fresh oregano
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pinch salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
3/4 cup olive oil
Instructions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
2. Serve over pasta, or as a dip
Yield- 12 servings
