The Lassen County Sheriff’ Posse will be hosting a Junior Fun Day rodeo event this Sunday, April 28th, featuring a fun-filled day of events like pole bending, barrels, steer riding and goat un-decorating and tying.
Steer daubing, Run-Ride-Lead and a Boot Race round out the program at the Fun Day, which is always well-attended by local families.
Registration for the event, which will be held at the Lassen County Fairgrounds, begins at 9:00a.m. and competition starts at 10:00.
Participants must be between the ages of one and eighteen.
Registration forms may be picked up at Susanville’s Western Nevada Supply, filled out and submitted the day of the event.
Tickets will be sold at every activity throughout the day for a chance to win a $500 gift card.
A delicious lunch will be prepared by the Sheriff’s Posse.
