Highway Patrol’s 140 Squad Club Hosting Sober Grad Golf Tournament

chpsobergradThe 140 Squad Club will be hosting their 17th Annual Sober Grad Golf Tournament on June 13th at Bailey Creek Golf Course in Lake Almanor.

Registration is currently open for teams of four. The cost is $115 per player which includes 18 holes of golf, shared cart and tri-tip dinner. The tournament is limited to 140 players so make your reservations soon.

Cash prizes will be awarded for the longest drive and closest to the pin.

The 140 Squad Club relies greatly on local businesses and community members from both Lassen and Plumas counties to promote this event by sponsoring tees and providing raffle prizes.

Sponsorships are also available at $50.00. A sign will be placed on the golf course with the name of the sponsor or business for all participants to see.

The funds from all sponsorships go directly to Lassen or Plumas County Sober Grad. The 2013 Sober Grad Golf Tournament was so successful that the 140 Squad was able to donate $4,000 to Chester High School and $3,000 to Lassen High School for upcoming Sober Grad events.

For more information or to register a team/sponsorship please contact Nicolet Dilts at (530)257-2191.
