Saturday afternoon, September 12th, from 2:00 until 4:00 the Lassen County Arts Council will be hosting a Cork and Canvas event at their gallery on Cottage Street.
Learn how to paint with artist Dave Holsey who will guide you step-by-step as you create your own masterpiece based on one of Van Gogh’s sunflower paintings.
Snacks and two drinks will be provided, as well as your 16×20 canvas, easel, apron, brushes and paints.
No art experience necessary. The cost is $30 for members and $35 for non-members. Seats are limited to 20 participants and reservations are recommended so please call 257-5222 to secure your spot.
