Make plans to join us as we celebrate Plumas Bank’s 35th Anniversary at the Thursday, December 10, 2015, Chamber Mixer that will be hosted by Plumas Bank, located at 3000 Riverside Drive, Susanville, from 5:30 to 7:30pm. Food and a no-host bar will be available. Come join in the celebration and congratulate Plumas Bank on 35 years of business. Stop by to enjoy some Christmas cheer and ring in the season with friends and business associates; you do not need to be a chamber member to attend everyone is welcomed and feel free to bring a friend.
The Chamber board will meet on Thursday, December 10th for the final monthly board meeting of the year, beginning at noon, at Diamond Mountain Casino in the Hotel Conference Room. This month’s agenda will include selection of new officers for the coming year and election of new board members to fill three expired board terms. The board encourages member attendance and comment; if you would like to address the board please contact the office staff prior to the board meeting so that you can be added to the agenda.
The Chamber plans to attend two Outdoor Recreation Shows in March of 2016 to market area businesses and showcase all the Lassen County has to offer in outdoor adventure. We could use your help; if you are willing to volunteer to staff the booth and market our area any of the dates we will be attending which are, Redding-March 4, 5,and 6 or Reno- March 18, 19,and 20, please call the chamber office at 257-4323 to be added to the volunteer list. Let’s work to together to market our area to potential visitors.
2016 membership dues notices have been sent out and prompt payment is appreciated. Your investment in the Chamber makes possible the many services and events that promote and support business, tourism, and relocation into Lassen County.
