The Janesville Elementary Parent Teacher Organization will be holding their second annual Dash ‘N’ Dye Family Fun 5K Color Run Fundraiser this Saturday, September 24th, at the park on Church Street in Janesville and you are invited! The group’s inaugural event is designed to promote happiness, healthy choices and to provide continued support for education by bringing the community together.
The 5K course will take you through the city of Janesville on a 3.11 mile trail nestled in the shade of the Ponderosa pines, running on both paved and dirt roads and trails.
It’s too late to pre-register but you will still be able to register the morning of the event; Adult registration is $40, children are $30 and space is very limited.
Janesville PTO is a locally run Parent Teacher Organization and all funds that are raised by the group are used to benefit Janesville School, its students, faculty/staff and the school’s programs and facilities.
