Today is the final day to contribute ‘gently used’ or new Children’s books to the Lassen County Public Health’s book drive.
Books can be dropped off at Margie’s Book Nook, 722 Main Street or Lassen County Public Health at 1445 Paul Bunyan Road Suite B.
Donated books will be given to local families involved with the Holiday with a Hero program.
Parents will wrap the books for the children to open each evening before Christmas. Each family will receive four books.
