Plans Completed for Street Work

Surveys have been completed and bids are to be called for extensive curb and gutter and street paving activity in the city.
Cottage street is to be improved from Pine to Weatherlow, a thoroughfare where there is probably more heavy hauling than on any other street.
Lassen, Roop and Mill Streets are also to be improved.
The city has ordered curbs and gutters throughout certain specified areas. The property owners are to pay $1 per running foot for the improvements, the city paying for the curbs and gutters about corners.
