Adopt A Pet Today from the Lassen County Animal Shelter

Need some good karma on your side? The Lassen County Animal Shelter has just the girl for you.

Karma is a perfectly compact bundle of happy energy, weighing in at 30 pounds, and wants nothing more to be right at your side. This little lady came to us as a stray, but the moment she arrived she was already stealing hearts. All it takes is for her to place her paw in your hand through the gate and those big brown eyes of hers will do the rest.

She’s estimated to be around 2 years old and her breed is something of a mystery. All we know is that she is adorable, with dark ears of fluff and a wonderfully bushy tail.

Karma is spayed, has a current rabies vaccination, is up-to-date on her shots, and heartworm tested negative.

Please call the shelter with questions or inquiries regarding Karma at 257-9200.

Featured animals at the Lassen County Animal Shelter are available for adoption on a first-come first-serve basis. According to California law, all adoptable dogs and cats must be spayed and neutered before leaving our facility. If interested in adopting an animal, please contact the shelter directly.

Current shelter hours during the COVID-19 pandemic are Monday through Friday, 9:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. Closed Saturday and Sunday. You can contact the shelter at 257-9200.
