Update: Gigi has been adopted.
Another black cat for Lassen County Animal Shelter’s Pet of the Week, but that doesn’t mean Gigi is any less special than the rest! He’s quiet, laid back, and stoic. This boy loves his pets, chin scratches, and he’ll even enjoy a light brushing to rid him of that troublesome shedding hair.
Gigi is neutered, leukemia tested negative, and is up to date on his rabies vaccination. If interested in meeting Gigi, he will be at our local Pet Station, located in the Sierra shopping center. Their address is 2936 Main St, Susanville.
Featured animals at the Lassen County Animal Shelter are available for adoption on a first-come first-serve basis. According to California law, all adoptable dogs and cats must be spayed and neutered before leaving our facility. If interested in adopting an animal, please contact the shelter directly.
Current shelter hours during the COVID-19 pandemic are Monday through Friday, 9:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. Closed Saturday and Sunday. You can contact the shelter at 257-9200.
