Otis is ready for a loving home!
Things have been a bit rough for Otis, but despite that he’s always in good spirits. Shelter staff suspects that Otis may have taken a spill out of the back of a truck due to various superficial injuries, but he’s been healing quickly. He’s got plenty of spunk and energy, but he has no problem with settling down and cuddling with a favorite person.
Otis is a border collie mix with an adorable half tail. He enjoys running around outside, sunbathing, and would make a wonderful hiking buddy. Questions can be answered by shelter staff by calling the Lassen County Animal Shelter at 257-9200. Or come on down to the shelter to visit and spend some time with Otis.
