Local aviation fans will make the annual trek to the airport in Johnstonville Saturday, August 19th, for the 2017 Susanville Air Fair. The event, which is always exciting, is a destination for pilots on the west coast who fly in to show-off their aircraft alongside planes owned by local pilots.
This fun family event features static displays, aerial acrobatics, aircraft rides, remote control demonstrations, experimental aircraft and more!
The day begins with a pancake breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00a.m, the air show exhibitions happen between 10:00 and 1:00p.m., and food and beverages will be available on the field during the show.
Remember this is a great photo opportunity so charge up those batteries and bring your cameras!
