Antoinette “Toni” Lee Stelzer
November 5, 1973 – April 13, 2025
Toni Lee Stelzer, 51, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 13, 2025, surrounded by her loving family in Susanville, California.
Toni was born on November 5, 1973, in Susanville to Linda Lou Butler and Bruce A. Stelzer. She grew up alongside her older sister, Regina Lynn Stelzer. The family later moved to Santa Rosa, California, where Toni graduated from Santa Rosa High School in 1991.
She had a deep love for music, cooking, jewelry-making, the beach, and the outdoors. Toni cherished every memory shared with her family and friends. Her warmth and adventurous spirit were a constant in the lives of those who knew her.
In 1995, Toni welcomed her first child, Skyler August Brown. In 1998, she gave birth to her daughter, Savannah Lee Brown. She later relocated with her children and mother, Linda, to Janesville, California.
Toni completed the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program through Lassen Community College and worked in healthcare for many years. She later found her calling in hospitality, providing over two decades of dedicated service as a housekeeper at the Honey Lake Ranch in Janesville, where her impeccable work and loyalty were deeply valued.
Toni’s life was filled with love for her children, grandchildren, animals, and the natural world. She is survived by her children, Skyler Brown and Savannah Brown; her daughter Savannah’s life partner, Jerred Galbreath; her grandchildren, Nova Galbreath and Luna Galbreath; her sister, Regina Armstrong, and brother-in-law, Shannon Armstrong; her nephews Justin Edwards (and his wife, Ashleigh), Devin Edwards, and Colby Talley; her grandniece, Saylor Edwards, daughter of Justin and Ashleigh; her cousins Becky Bill (and her husband, Marshall Jaffe), Christy Bill, and Richie Bill (and his wife, Sandra); her niece and nephew, Cory Bill and Kaci Bill; her father, Bruce Stelzer; her stepmother, Denise Garzouzi; and her loving stepfather, Greg Butler.
Toni’s bright light and loving soul will be profoundly missed. She was the best Nana to her grandkids and a devoted mother whose love knew no bounds. May her smile continue to radiate from the heavens and warm our hearts for eternity. The world is not the same without her.
We will love and miss her forever. Until we meet again.
