The will be a community barbecue and Swap Shop benefiting the Spalding Fire Department at the Eagle Lake RV Park this Saturday, September 1st.
The Swap Shop event will run from 9:00a.m., until 3:00p.m. and tables will be provided around the tent area of the park with no cost to participate.
There will also be a live D.J. and a raffle for some great prizes.
The community barbecue, featuring hamburgers and hot dogs, will start at noon and end at 3:00. During the barbecue there will be a raffle and the American Legion and Local Quilters Club will be selling raffle tickets to their items. There also will be games and children’s toy giveaways.
From 4:00 until 5:00 there will be a cocktail hour at the American Legion followed by a chicken dinner from 5:00 to 7:00.
