According to Lassen OES Chief Eric Ewing the spread of the fire has been stopped.
Richmond Road is still closed to traffic between Josie Way and Pearl Circle.

Firefighting resources from multiple agencies are responding to a reported vegetation fire burning on Richmond Road near Bauer Road.
Several wildland engines, crews and air resources are en route. Power lines are reported down at the scene.
