As of 4:45 p.m. today, Highway 147 has been closed from County Road A13 to Canyon Dam at Highwy 89.
Highway 89 is closed from Wolf Creek to the Butt Lake Road.
This expanded road closure is due to heavy smoke in the area as well as large numbers of emergency vehicles on the roadways.
