The California Department of Transportation continues wrapping up its Main Street renovation project this week, with work planned from today through Friday from 7:00a.m. until 5:00p.m.
According to this week’s update from Caltrans crews spent last week doing punchlist work, handrail installations and striping the roadway.
This week crews are scheduled to install additional handrail at Fairfield Street, continue minor electrical work throughout the project and do some minor concrete work associated with the electrical work.
Crews will also be finishing up pavement and concrete repairs, site cleanup and miscellaneous work.
Between 7:00a.m. until 5:00p.m. each day there will be short lane closures with minimal delays.
