William S. (Rosey) Rosencrantz
William S. Rosencrantz, Rosey was born on February 20, 1925, and passed away December 17, 2017, in Reno, Nevada. He grew up in Idaho with 3 sisters and after service in the Navy during WWII, began working at Sierra Army Depot, Herlong, CA in 194 7. While working at the Depot, he completed his education and received his certification for electric maintenance from the General Electric Company.
Rosey was always known in the Herlong Community as the go-to-guy for any electrical needs or projects. He was always willing to lend a helping hand with a can-do attitude.

Carol Jean Bertoluzza entered resplendent glory with her Lord on January 25, 2018, after a short illness. Carol was born in Escanaba Michigan on October 3, 1928, to William and Eva Garbett. Carol lived in Orange County CA from 1952 to 1957. She then moved to Westwood CA where she met Joseph Bertoluzza. Carol and Joe moved to Susanville around 1968, where they built and operated the Payless Gas stations and car wash, better known as Dirty Joe's. On January 23, 2018, my dear loving wife went home to her Savior and Lord Jesus Christ. Brenda Lee Payne was born on May 8, 1940, to Ben & Bernice Tate in Santa Clara, Ca. Surviving her is her husband, John Payne; three married children: Lisa(Brent Dahlin in Ripon CA), Philip(Elizabeth in Moses Lake, WA.), Andrew(Alexis in Cave Creek, AZ).
