Linda was born in Susanville on May 3, 1950. She passed away peacefully on January 20, 2017 at the age of 66. She attended local elementary schools graduating from Lassen High School with the Class of 1968. She married her high school sweetheart Doug Hibbard in 1969 and welcomed their only child, Sasha. They remained lifelong friends until Doug’s untimely passing at the age of 49.
