He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew Joseph Conrad Sr., his mother Mary Estella Conrad (Osment), wife, Bonnie Kathleen Conrad and daughter, Janice Faye Ash. He is survived by his brother, Andrew Joseph Conrad Jr., of Glendora, CA; daughter, Judy Shelton of Susanville; son Rick and wife Dana of Susanville.
