There is a limited quantity of 2013 Labor Law Posters available for sale at the Chamber office; cost is $25.00 per poster to chamber members or $35 per poster for non- Chamber members. The poster contains the mandatory state and federal notices that must be posted at each work place.

If your business, club, or organization is planning a special event be sure to forward the information to the Chamber office so the information can be added to the calendar and we can help you get the word out about your event. We are also happy to have your event tickets available for sale at the office. This is a free service provided to the entire community. At the January board retreat the board reviewed last year’s events and formed event committees for 2013. The following is a list of the events and the event chairperson; Main Street Cruise Classic Car & Motorcycle Show n Shine, Chairperson-Jessika Johnson; Lassen Co. Fair Parade- office staff;  Magical Country Christmas Celebration, Chairperson-Julie Brown; Government/ Business Affairs Committee, Chairperson-Chuck Downs; Think Local First/ Chamber Outreach, Chairperson-Ed Swayze; 125^th Anniversary Celebration, chairperson- Theresa Phillips; and 7^th Annual Spring Home, Garden, & Outdoor Recreation  Show, Chairperson-Dorine Blankenship.

You do not need to be on the board to serve on committees; we encourage and welcome your participation. If you are interested in serving on any of the above committees please contact the Chamber at 257-4323.

Mark your calendar to join us as Anytime Fitness hosts this month’s mixer that will be held on Thursday, February 28, 2013 Chamber Mixer. You do not need to be a Chamber member to attend; everyone is welcomed to stop by to mingle with friends and business associates.
