Mark your calendar to attend the Thursday, June 13, 2013 Chamber Mixer that will be hosted by Superior Product Company, from 5:30 to 7:30pm. They are located at 474-340 Commercial Way, Susanville. Food and no-host bar will be available.
New beverage product lines will be introduced and an array of great raffle items will be given away. You do not need to be a Chamber member to attend; everyone is welcomed to stop by to mingle with friends and business associates and we encourage you to bring a friend.
The Chamber board will meet on Thursday, June 13th for the monthly board meeting beginning at noon, at Diamond Mountain Casino, in the hotel Conference Room. The board encourages public attendance and comment; if you would like to address the board please contact the office staff prior to the board meeting so that you can be added to the agenda.
The Chamber is pleased to announce the addition of two new board members that were elected to the board. Join us as we welcome Margaret Liddiard, owner/manager of Lassen Ale Works at the Pioneer and Susan Ward, Financial Adviser, Edward Jones Investments.
The Lassen Historical Museum is looking for “business memorabilia” that can be used for a special display showcasing the business community. If you have anything that you would be willing to share for this special occasion contact Tony Jonas at 257-3292.
The annual “Main Street Cruise Classic Car and Motorcycle Show” will be held Saturday, June 29, from 2 to 6pm, on Main Street in Historic Uptown Susanville. Registration forms to enter your classic car or motorcycle in the show are available at the chamber office or can be downloaded from the chamber website at lassencountychamber.org.
A “Poker Run”, with prizes valued at over $800, will be held in conjunction with this year’s event. Registration for the Poker Run will be held Saturday morning, from 10 to 11am, at Diamond Mountain Casino during the “Main Street Cruise Kick-off Breakfast” or stop by the Chamber office to pre-register.
