We meet on the fourth Tuesday of each month. “ROOPTOWN 9” NW area covers west of Grand Avenue up to just West of North Roop Street and from Main to Chestnut Streets. Beginner’s Self-Defense 2:00 – 4:00p.m., 55 S Sacramento St. Lassen Family Services is partnering with All-American Mixed Martial Arts Academy to host a beginner’s self-defense class. During this event, learn basic moves in order to defend yourself from an attacker. In times of danger, it’s important to have the proper skills to protect yourself. This is also a perfect opportunity for those that have always wanted to learn the skills but don’t know where to start or are nervous about the environment.
