Rooptown 9 Neighborhood Watch Meeting 6:00 – 7:00pm, Susanville Senior Citizens Center, 1700 Sunkist Dr, Susanville. We meet on the fourth Tuesday of each month. “ROOPTOWN 9” NW area covers the west of Grand Avenue up to just West of North Roop Street and from Main to Chestnut Streets. A NW program is a group of people living in the same area who want to make their neighborhood safer by working together and in conjunction with local law enforcement to reduce crime and improve their quality of life.
