The Lassen County Council on Aging will be offering $30 food vouchers to qualified individuals who are over the age of 62, considered to be ‘low income’ and who live within the Susanville city limits.
Applications are available now through March 15th for vouchers that will be worth $30 in food at Susanville Supermarket IGA.
The Council on Aging will be having an ‘application fair’ this Saturday, February 22nd, from 11:00a.m. until 4:00p.m. outside of IGA.
Interested participants are invited to fill out an application and have some coffee and donuts.
