11th Annual Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot will be held at the Hall of Justice, 2610 Riverside Drive. Registration starts at 7:30a.m., run starts at 8:00a.m. Donations of non-perishable food or cash are appreciated. All proceeds to benefit Senior Programs at the Susanville Salvation Army.

Magical Country Christmas Saturday, December 7th from 4:00 – 7:00p.m. Ring in the Holiday season with Santa’s grand entry parade, Christmas tree lighting, fireworks, vendors, food and beverages, a hot toddy walk for adults 21 and over, and free photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
Vendor set up 2:00, Staging at the firehall at 3:00 and Parade begins at 6:00p.m., Parade on Main Street looping from the Hall to the Dollar General. Tree lighting pictured with Santa, food and drinks.
