The Lassen County Fairgrounds will be throwing a big Local’s Night Barbecue this evening to give Susanville folks a chance to check out some excellent bands and taste some great food, a day before the three-day Bluegrass Festival begins.
“The Lassen County Fair Board is so excited to be offering a delicious meal alongside some of the best bluegrass music, so come on down to fairgrounds and skip the cooking tonight,” says Fair Manager Kaitlyn Midgely.
The entertainment is free and will feature Eddy B and Pure Country from Corning, the Rough Edges Band from Reno and the Edgar Loudermilk Band from Georgia.
Dinner, which includes Tri-Tip or chicken with all of the fixings, starts at 5:00p.m. and tickets are $15.
