Each year Lassen County Farm Bureau awards scholarships to students who excel in leadership skills, demonstrate a commitment to the agricultural industry, grades and financial need. On Monday Farm Bureau Executive Director Naomi Turner announced the names of the seven 2015 scholarship recipients.
Turner explained that Lassen County Farm Bureau is dedicated to the promotion and development of families and businesses in the agricultural field.
“We are very proud to have such dedicated students to carry us into the future.”
Recipients will be officially honored at awards night, May 26th.
Congratulations to the 2015 Lassen County Farm Bureau Scholarship recipients; Jennifer Millar, Erica Stevenson, Hannah Fortin, Mariam Lavacot, Bailey Hagata, Danielle Wood and Amanda Bricker.
