A High Wind Warning along highway 395 has been placed by Cal-Trans as of 12:28p.m., from the junction of Highway 36 in Johnstonville to the Nevada Border.
Campers, trailers, permit loads and other high profile vehicles will be prohibited from traveling on Highway 395 between Johnstonville and the Nevada border until further notice.
