Lassen Municipal Utility District’s General Manager, Pat Holley, has resigned from his position effective July 5th, according to a brief statement released Tuesday evening following a closed session of the public-owned utility’s Board of Directors.
Holley resigned, “in order to spend time with family and pursue other career opportunities,” explains LMUD Public Relations Manager Theresa Phillips.
Board President, Fred Nagel, directed staff to begin the process of recruiting a replacement and an interim General Manager will be named at a later date.
Holley was hired as the utility’s Assistant Manager in 2017 and became GM after the departure of Doug Smith in 2021.
Holley thanked the board for the opportunity to serve the district.
