The Lassen Association of Realtors held its annual Installation Dinner December 8th, welcoming incoming Board President Melanie Westbrook, from Sierra Desert Properties, and honoring outgoing President Julie Kirack, from Town and Country Real Estate, as the association’s 2023’s Realtor of the Year.
Bekki Fink from Chicago Title was named Affiliate of the Year.
The annual dinner acts as a fundraiser with realtors, affiliates and offices contributing prizes to benefit the Lassen Association of Realtors and Loretta Stone Memorial scholarship funds.
Nearly $600 was raised, which organizers say will go directly towards funding scholarships for Lassen County graduates.
The 2024 Board of Directors were installed by Shasta Association of Realtors member Dennis Morgan and awards were presented by Westbrook and Kirack.
