Resiliency-Surviving and Thriving in the Face of Adversity

All of us–including the children and families we know and love–are likely combating the strain of intersectional challenges at this time. As responsible caregivers, we want to buffer our children from negative outcomes associated with trauma and excessive stress. To do so, we must take care of ourselves and our community. This presentation will share what is known about Resiliency in order to survive and thrive in spite of adversity.
