Lassen County Chamber of Commerce Weekly Update

Many certified training courses required by the state and human resource departments are available online through the California Chamber of Commerce.  The Lassen County Chamber is able to offer these courses to our members at a discount.  The webinars and online training courses cover a wide range of topics from harassment prevention, accounting, ethics, management principles, customer service to leadership training.  For more information about how your business can take advantage of this valuable membership benefit, call the Chamber office staff at 257-4323.

Mark your calendar for the 24th annual Main Street Cruise Classic Car and Motorcycle Show that will be held Saturday, June 28th, in Historic Uptown Susanville, from 2 to 6pm. The event will feature food, beverages, and sidewalk sales. To participate as a vendor stop by the Chamber office, located at 75 North Weatherlow Street, for an application.

Northeastern Rural Health Clinic will be holding the 2014 Senior Health Fair on Thursday, May 29th from 9am to 1pm. The event will be held at Lassen Senior Services, 1700 Sunkist Drive in Susanville; for more information contact Debbie Jones at 251-1490.
