The Lassen County Cattlemen and Cattlewomen invite the community to attend the annual “A Taste of Beef, A Sip Of Wine” that will be held on Friday, February 7th. The event will be held at the Susanville Elk’s Lodge from 5:30 to 8:30pm. Tickets are available for purchase at the Chamber office or at The Pardner.
The board is accepting applications to fill an unexpired term on the board of directors. Chamber members interested in applying can stop by the Chamber office to pick up an application.
The Chamber has partnered with Spring Hill Press to produce an updated Lassen County area map. Chamber members will be given the first opportunity to advertise. Spring Hill Press representatives will be contacting members to discuss various ad sizes and prices available. In addition, a link will be added to the Chamber website with an online map that will display your advertising, contact information, link to your website, and business location on the map. Call the Chamber office at 257-4323 if you have any questions regarding the map project.
The Chamber has a limited supply of 2014 Federal and State Labor Law posters still available for purchase. Businesses are required to post updated posters at each place of business in a location that is accessible by employees. If you have not updated your copy and would like a new poster for your business stop by the Chamber office to purchase your copy.
