Lassen Family Service’s CASA Program will be holding their annual Superhero themed 5K fun run in a brand new virtual format, to help support programs for abused and neglected children in Lassen County.
Wear your favorite Superhero Costume while on your run and show that you can be a CASA Superhero.
All you will need to do to participate is complete your run between the dates of September 12th and 19th wherever you want, on a trail, street or anywhere.
Use your Smart phone or GPS watch to track your distance. Some great tracking apps include Straba or Map My Run.
When you finish your race log on and submit your time take pictures of your Superhero and Superhero costume and send them to [email protected].
