The Lassen High School Drill Team needs your help to travel to nationals for competition! The members of the team are selling candles to raise funds for the trip.
Drill team member Kylie Boucher explains, “We do this fundraiser every year, but this year it is extremely important to raise as much money as possible because we are trying to show the school board that we are serious about trying to go to nationals for competition.”
Prices are; $19 for a small 8 oz. candle, $23 for a medium 16 oz. candle or $27 for a large 26 oz. candle. Scents available include sweet pea, cinnamon vanilla, pumpkin pie, sugar cookie, ginger spice, French vanilla, cinnamon, storm, extreme, apple spice, mulled cider, fresh orange, autumn walk, cozy Christmas, pomegranate, fresh pine, cinnamon pinecones, clean sheets, white citrus and days of Christmas.
Boucher and her friend Heather McCoy are working together to sell the most candles. The last day to order is October 15th, and she will be happy to drive to you and take orders, and to deliver candles if you aren’t too far away from Susanville.
