California Scholarship Federation Applications are now available in the Counseling Office or from Mrs. Satica in room 112. If you are a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior who earned good grades and completed 10 hours of community service CSF is the club for you. Completed applications using last semester’s grades are due by the first meeting, which will be held this Wednesday, October 9th, in room 112 at lunch.
Seniors – If you did not get a permission slip for the Pumpkin Patch trip on October 17th, please come by Mrs. Vincent’s room as soon as possible to get one. You must return these signed to your advocacy teacher or Mrs. Vincent tomorrow, October 8th if you wish to go to the Pumpkin Patch. Students who do not go on the trip will still be required to be at school, even though you will not be testing with everyone else.
Juniors and Sophomores who wish to purchase a parking spot in the back parking lot may now do so. See Mrs. Vincent in room 102 for a contract. There are only a handful of spots left. If you purchased a parking spot to paint, you are expected to already have it painted.
If your spot is not painted, anyone can park in it without repercussion.
Are you looking for a fun activity to do with your friends or family? Or would you like to have some team building fun with your clubs and teams? Then join the Class of 2025 for BINGO on October 15th in the Student Center. The first round starts at 5:00p.m. and the second at 6:00. Entry fee is $10 per person, or $7 with an ASB sticker, and comes with a treat. They will have food, BINGO, Halloween trivia and more.
The VFW Voice of Democracy Scholarship is due to Mrs. Vincent no later than October 10th.
