Lassenlinks.org will be hosting a pop-up Resource Fair in both Herlong and Westwood, timed to coincide each with each community’s food distribution date and Lassen Works will also be there assisting anyone that needs help signing up for Medi-Cal and or SNAP benefits.”
“We are wanting our rural communities to know that we are here to support them and what resources are available to them in their families,” explains organizer Ronda Hall.
Each resource fair is expected to include a variety of participants including Lassen Works, First 5 Lassen, Lassen County Family Solutions and a lot more.
Westwood’s Resource Fair will be held April 12th from 9:00a.m. until 12:00p.m. at 463-975 Birch.
Herlong’s Resource Fair will be held April 19th, from 9:00 until noon, at 1223 Sierra Street.
