Know a woman who does it all, volunteers countless hours and loves lending a hand in her community? Lassen Community College is seeking the nomination of wonderful women from the Lassen County community for the 2020 Zellamae Miles Woman of the year awards.
Nominate your favorite local superwoman and awardees will be acknowledged at the March 21st, conference.
Nomination forms are located at Margie’s Book Nook and the Lassen College Bookstore or you can make a nomination online at www.lassencollege.edu.
The deadline to submit your nomination is October 25th. Because of a technical problem the college is asking that if you entered a nomination prior to September 28th that you resubmit it.
The 2020 Zellamae Miles Women’s Conference, with a theme of ‘She Who is Brave is Free’ will be held Saturday, March 21st, 2020.
