The Lassen Municipal Utility Board of Directors agreed to a settlement agreement with former General Manager Pat Holley in a closed session meeting held Tuesday evening in the LMUD board room.
According to details provided by LMUD Public Relations Manager Theresa Phillips, Holley agreed to withdraw any present or future claims against the district.
The settlement will equal 18 months of Holley’s salary at the time of his July 5th, resignation. The settlement details that he will receive healthcare benefits equal to the benefits he was receiving prior to his resignation for up to 18-months or until he accepts other employment.
The settlement is expected to be finalized today.
